I am one of the biggest residential complex/building developers in Australia. I’ve developed complexes in every major city and to be frank, I’m making millions upon millions. I will soon join the esteemed list of Australian billionaires and be a part of an exclusive club that only a handful of Australians could ever dream of reaching. My climb to billionaire status is reaching its very peak. Everything relies on this next development in Melbourne. I’ll either hit the top or I’ll slip and fall down the entire mountain. The latter can NOT be an option.
The development is currently in the planning stages. This is the most important part of the process. If you don’t have everything planned to the most minute detail, if you don’t consult builders, architects and even kitchen designers local to the Melbourne CBD, you won’t succeed. It is my job to consult every stakeholder and make sure that every tiny detail is accounted for. I am a multi-million-almost-billionaire because I make quality developments. If I skip out on quality then I will have a lawsuit on my hands and probably never sell another complex in my life. I can’t have that.
I have consulted a number of people since my arrival in Melbourne two weeks ago. I have made sufficient progress and have a bathroom renovator lined up to talk to this afternoon. I always try to talk to builders and then kitchen and bathroom designers in the initial stages as getting the layout of the complex and each residential apartment organised depends greatly on the positioning of the bathroom, kitchen and living room.
